With a strategic mind and a strong point of view, I love helping teams transform messy beginnings into brand stories that people resonate with. My goal is always to bring the kind of energy and perspective that inspires people to think bigger and go after what’s possible.

Personally, I thrive on curiosity, creativity, and a lot of movement. You’ll usually find me running, practicing yoga, baking sourdough, creating content, or hunting down a great latte at a local coffee shop. I believe energy is contagious, and I love bringing that positivity and momentum into the work I do and the people around me.

  • Graduated with an M.S. Business & Branding from the #1 Creative Ad Program in the country.

  • For 2 years, I worked as a social media manager at Traveling Chic Boutique in Richmond VA.

  • Worked at Leo NY as an account management intern on the Walmart and Subway accounts.

  • Traveled to San Diego and did freelance brand consulting and creative for a start-up company.

  • Conducted research and presented growth strategies for locally loved ice cream retailer.

  • Led and developed a fully integrated campaign for Dave’s Killer Bread in one week.

  • Working with one of my favorite brands, Brooks, conducting research and building brand strategy.

  • Ran my first half-marathon in the fall of 2025!
